We operate on the premise that the Client should be able to focus on running their business. All ongoing matters related to company management can be entrusted to CCLaw.

Starting from creating a tailor-made company for the Client, through its regular service, up to its liquidation. In all of this, we support our Clients, helping them focus on what is most important – namely, running their core business, which they know best.

When it comes to day-to-day corporate services, we support our Clients in areas such as:

• corporate service of each of the companies – we prepare minutes of meetings for the management, partners, and supervisory boards,
• issues related to the Central Register of Real Beneficiaries,
• amending articles of association,
• drafting loan agreements and other contracts essential for the day-to-day operations of the companies.
